Crunchy chips

The chips are a delicious option for lunch or dinner something different and fun. Today we will show you how to make them so that they remain very crispy.

3 medium potatoes
Sea salt.

The first thing that you need to take into account is how you should cut the potatoes. The thinner the better it will cook. We recommend cutting them with 1 centimeter of thickness. After the cuts, you must wash them to eliminate the excess of starch that they possess and thus you will avoid that they can stick when putting them to the furnace. Make sure you drain the chips well.

Preheat the oven to 210ºC and place in a tray lined with aluminum foil and add olive oil and place the potatoes. Bake for 25-30 minutes and when you feel it is brown, add a touch of sea salt. Serve hot and enjoy.
